ASSEMBLY
Preparation Step: Applicable when switching from a regular stem-mount to the QuickFlip installation Remove the stem clamp from the extension arm. Then remove the other end of the extension arm from the straw tube.

ASSEMBLY - STEP 1
Attach the handlebar clamp using the 20mm allen bolt. Make sure the pivot attachment pointing forward so that when the elbow clip is attached it can rotate freely without hitting the handlebar. Next, attach the straw tube assembly to the handlebar clamp using a 16mm allen bolt. Thread a rubber washer onto the allen bolt so that it sits in between the handlebar clamp and the straw tube assembly.

ASSEMBLY - STEP 2
If there is already an elbow clip at the end of the drink tube from a previous installation on your bike, carefully remove it using a utility knife. Run the drink tube under the handlebars, and trim to the appropriate length using a sharp pair of scissors. Make sure to leave enough slack so that you can turn the handlebars and adjust the extension arm up and down as much as you’d like.

ASSEMBLY - STEP 3
Trim the straw tube to the appropriate length based on your riding position, and reattach the bite valve. Your QuickFlip is now complete!
